Branding Options Matched to Your Product
Yulentra Christmas Deco supports logo and artwork customization for wholesale, OEM and private label Christmas decoration orders. We work with importers, retail chains, distributors and brands developing products with agreed graphics, brand identification or seasonal designs.
Depending on the item, options may include printing, heat transfer, embroidery, applique, hangtags, woven labels or printed labels. The method must suit the material, available surface and construction. Not every design can be applied directly to every product.
Provide Artwork and Placement Requirements
Please send the clearest available artwork, preferably an editable vector file for logos and suitable high-resolution files for image-based designs. Include the required dimensions, color references, position and orientation.
A reference image helps explain placement, but the actual print or decoration area should be confirmed on the selected product. Curved ornaments, textured fabrics and narrow components can limit detail and positioning.
Please identify separate versions needed for different sizes or designs. Buyers should also confirm that they are authorized to use the supplied logos and artwork.
Select a Suitable Application Method
For textile decorations, embroidery, applique, printing or attached labels may be considered according to the fabric and design. Fine lettering, dense embroidery and large decorated areas need review because they can affect appearance and how the material lies.
For ornaments and decorative components, suitable printing or heat transfer depends on surface shape, texture and finish. Wood grain, glitter and uneven surfaces can influence the result.
Our material options help establish the substrate before the decoration method is confirmed. Where direct application is unsuitable, a hangtag or separate label may provide a practical branding alternative.
Approve the Decorated Sample
Artwork confirmation establishes the design, while a physical sample shows how it appears on the actual product. Check readability, scale, position, orientation, color and workmanship together.
During sample development, small details may need adjustment to suit the chosen process. Any revised artwork should be clearly identified before approval so production follows the correct version.
Customized samples generally require around 7–12 days, with longer schedules possible for complex requests. Charges and timing are confirmed after reviewing the artwork, application method and number of sample versions.
Confirm MOQ, Cost and Production Timing
Logo customization commonly requires around 500–1,500 pieces, depending on the product and process. Separate artwork, colors or placements may carry individual minimum quantities. Private label packaging or more complex projects may require higher quantities.
Cost is affected by design size, color count, stitch coverage where applicable, preparation work and order quantity. Requesting several versions can also increase sampling and production work.
Customized bulk production commonly requires around 35–50 days. Peak-season schedules may extend to approximately 45–60 days, with the final schedule confirmed against approvals and production availability.
Keep Product Branding and Packaging Consistent
Production checks compare the applied design with the approved sample and specification, including content, placement, color and visible workmanship. Labels and hangtags should correspond to the correct product and order version.
For private label orders, product branding should be reviewed alongside packaging artwork, barcodes and carton information. Packing must also protect decorated surfaces from unnecessary contact.
For quotation, send the product reference, artwork, application size and position, quantity per design, packaging requirements, destination and target arrival date.
