Manufacturing Built Around Different Product Categories
Yulentra Christmas Deco is a Christmas decorations manufacturer and wholesale supplier based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. Established in 2013, we serve importers, wholesalers, distributors, retail chains and private label buyers preparing seasonal orders.
Our range includes Christmas lights, artificial trees, ornaments, garlands, wreaths, stockings, snow globes and Christmas villages. These products require different materials, assembly methods and inspection points. The production route is reviewed by item rather than treated as one process shared across every category.
Our approximately 6,495㎡ facility supports production, assembly, finishing, inspection and packaging. Six main lines accommodate different product requirements and seasonal order arrangements.
Confirm the Production Reference Before Materials Are Prepared
Manufacturing starts with a confirmed specification. Dimensions, materials, colors, decorative details, applicable functions and packaging requirements establish what production needs to reproduce.
For customized orders, the approved sample provides a physical reference alongside the written specification and artwork. Any provisional component or unresolved packaging detail should be settled before the relevant production work begins.
Our sample development process helps buyers review appearance, construction and packing fit. Changes after approval require assessment because they may affect purchased materials, assembly work and delivery timing.
Prepare Materials and Components by Product
Materials and components are checked against the agreed requirements before use. Relevant checks include appearance, color, dimensions and compatibility with the intended construction.
Foliage products require suitable branches, wire structures and decorative accessories. Stockings require the confirmed fabrics, trims, hanging loops and labels. Ornaments and decorative assemblies need matching bodies, hanging components and finishing materials.
Our materials and components preparation follows the selected product specification. Where a proposed substitution changes appearance or construction, it needs review and buyer approval rather than being introduced as an equivalent without confirmation.
Process Foliage, Textile and Decorative Parts
Depending on the product, manufacturing may involve PVC or PE foliage preparation and cutting, wire twisting, branch forming, textile cutting and sewing, flocking, printing or heat transfer.
For artificial greenery, branch arrangement and forming affect the finished outline and foliage distribution. Textile cutting and sewing influence proportions, seams, cuffs and hanging-loop placement.
Surface decoration must suit the material. Printing, flocking and other agreed effects are checked against the approved appearance reference. A finish that looks suitable on a loose component must also work on the assembled product.
The applicable operations are confirmed by model; not every product passes through every process.
Assemble Products and Check Decorative Details
Assembly brings the prepared components together. Work may include arranging foliage, attaching bows and pinecones, securing hanging components, fitting decorative parts or completing textile details.
Component fit, placement and attachment influence both appearance and handling. During assembly, relevant checks cover dimensions, color consistency, workmanship, connection points and accessory completeness.
Our product assembly and detail finishing follows the approved sample. Lighted or animated models also require confirmation of the specified components and applicable functions. Functional requirements are reviewed individually rather than assumed across the range.
Inspect Finished Products Against the Agreed Specification
Quality control continues through incoming materials, production, assembly and final packing. Finished goods are randomly inspected for relevant appearance, size, color, assembly, stability and function.
Inspection priorities vary. Textile items need workmanship checks; foliage decorations need structural and decorative consistency; glass or resin assemblies require suitable fitting and appearance checks. Lighting or movement is checked where applicable.
Product testing and third-party inspection can be arranged according to product type, buyer requirements and destination market. The requested scope should be discussed early enough to fit the production and shipment schedule.
Protect Products and Prepare Export Cartons
Packaging is matched to the completed product. Fragile items, projecting accessories, decorated surfaces and compressible foliage require different protection.
Before shipment, packing quantities, protective arrangements, labels, barcodes and carton marks are checked. Set configurations must match the confirmed assortment.
Our export packing and shipment preparation follows the agreed order and shipping arrangement. Ningbo and Shanghai can be used where suitable. Shipping terms are discussed according to destination and order requirements.
Plan Production Around Your Required Delivery Window
Standard bulk production typically requires around 25–40 days. Customized orders commonly require 35–50 days, while peak-season schedules may extend to approximately 45–60 days.
Timing depends on product mix, quantity, material availability, sample approval and packaging confirmation. Production time is separate from transport time.
Send your product references, specifications, quantities, customization, packaging requirements, destination and target arrival date. We can then review the manufacturing route, inspection needs and production schedule before quotation.
