Start with the Product and Purchasing Requirements
Yulentra Christmas Deco supports OEM orders and selected development for importers, wholesalers, retail chains and private label buyers. Our range includes Christmas lights, trees, ornaments, garlands, wreaths, stockings, snow globes and Christmas villages.
OEM projects can involve producing to confirmed buyer specifications or modifying existing models. ODM discussions may start from our available products and selected development options. The scope is reviewed individually; a reference image does not automatically establish manufacturing feasibility.
Send the product reference, specifications, quantity per design, destination market and required arrival date.
Review Feasibility and Prepare the Quotation
We review materials, dimensions, construction, decorative details, applicable functions and packaging before confirming the proposed order.
Identify essential requirements and acceptable alternatives. A different material, accessory or packaging arrangement may affect appearance, assembly and cost. Any proposed change needs buyer confirmation.
The quotation should identify the agreed specification, quantity, packaging and shipping basis. MOQ is confirmed by item and customization. Standard products usually require 300–1,000 pieces, while branding, special colors or more complex development may require higher quantities.
Develop Samples and Consolidate Revisions
Existing samples normally require around 3–5 days. Customized samples generally require around 7–12 days, with longer schedules possible for complex development. Courier transit is additional.
Our sample development review covers the changes that must be represented physically. Sample charges depend on the product, sourcing, decoration and packaging work.
Buyers should provide consolidated feedback covering appearance, dimensions, materials, artwork, accessories and applicable functions. Revisions affecting construction or packing fit may require further confirmation before approval.
Approve the Complete Order Specification
Before production, confirm the final sample, product specification, artwork, quantities and packaging version. Clearly identify separate SKUs, colors and set combinations.
Our custom packaging review should be completed alongside product approval. Confirm individual packing, protective inserts, labels, barcodes and carton marks where required.
Commercial terms, payment arrangements and the production schedule are confirmed for the order. Unresolved details should be settled before materials or printed packaging are committed. Later changes require review because they can affect cost and timing.
Arrange Bulk Production and Product-specific Checks
Standard bulk production typically requires around 25–40 days. Customized orders commonly require around 35–50 days, while peak-season schedules may extend to approximately 45–60 days. The start date and shipment target are confirmed against approvals and production availability.
Production follows the approved reference. Relevant operations vary by product and may include foliage preparation, forming, sewing, printing, finishing or decorative assembly.
Quality inspection includes incoming materials, in-process workmanship and random finished-product checks. Dimensions, color, component fit, attachment details and applicable functions are checked according to the product.
Complete Packing and Shipment Preparation
Packing quantities, product protection, labels, barcodes and carton marks are checked before shipment. Product testing and third-party inspection can be arranged according to the product, buyer requirements and destination market.
Our export packing and shipment preparation follows the agreed shipping arrangement. EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR and DDP can be discussed by destination and order; Ningbo and Shanghai are available where suitable.
Production time is separate from transport time. Provide your target arrival date early so sampling, approvals, manufacturing and shipment can be considered together.
