Metal Structures Matched to the Product
Yulentra Christmas Deco reviews metal structure requirements for wholesale and OEM Christmas decoration orders. Relevant components may include wreath frames, wire supports, hanging loops and selected decorative structures.
Our established production scope includes wire twisting and branch forming. Welding requirements are assessed separately according to the model, material and connection design. A wire-based product does not automatically require welded joints, and the applicable process must be confirmed before quotation.
For importers, wholesalers and private label buyers, the main considerations are finished dimensions, component fit, appearance and suitability for assembly and packing.
Confirm Frame Dimensions and Connection Requirements
Please provide a drawing, physical reference or clearly marked product image. Identify overall dimensions, frame shape, wire or section size where specified, attachment positions and any critical clearances.
For wreaths, the underlying frame dimensions should be distinguished from the finished foliage diameter. Hanging points and decorative attachment positions also need confirmation.
Our custom size and structure review considers how changes affect the complete product. A larger frame may require adjustments to the supporting construction rather than simply extending the original dimensions.
Form Wire and Frames to the Agreed Shape
Forming establishes the outline and connection positions needed for subsequent assembly. Relevant considerations include frame roundness, alignment, bends and the location of projecting ends.
Wire twisting and branch forming must accommodate the selected foliage and decorative components. An inconsistent supporting shape can affect foliage distribution, accessory placement and the finished appearance.
The starting materials and dimensions are reviewed through materials and components preparation. Material substitutions require assessment because they can change forming behavior and component fit.
Assess Welding Where the Design Requires It
Some metal constructions may require welded connections; others use wrapping, twisting or mechanical attachment. The connection method is selected according to the actual structure.
Where welding is proposed, the joint positions, material suitability, visible finish and access for later assembly must be reviewed. Samples should establish whether the connection maintains the intended shape and leaves suitable clearance for adjoining components.
Welding methods, equipment, capacity and any specific joint testing are confirmed for the project. They should not be assumed from a finished product photograph.
Check the Assembled Sample Before Approval
A loose frame provides only part of the information needed for approval. The sample should also show how foliage, hanging components, bases or decorative accessories connect to it.
Review dimensions, alignment, accessible edges, connection points and standing or hanging arrangement where applicable. A revised connection may affect both assembly and packaging.
During sample development, critical dimensions and acceptable variation should be agreed. Development charges and timing depend on the construction, available components and revisions required.
Review Production Checks, Cost and Packing
Relevant checks include dimensions, shape, component fit, visible workmanship and attachment condition against the approved reference. Any required load or connection testing needs an agreed scope rather than an unsupported strength claim.
Cost and MOQ depend on material dimensions, forming complexity, connection work, finishing and quantity. Packing must protect projecting parts and reduce unwanted movement or deformation.
For quotation, send the structure reference, required dimensions, material specification if available, intended assembly, quantity, packaging requirements and target delivery schedule.
