Build a Christmas Collection Under Your Brand
Yulentra Christmas Deco manufactures and supplies Christmas decorations for importers, wholesalers, retail chains and private label buyers. Our range includes lights, trees, ornaments, garlands, wreaths, stockings, snow globes and Christmas villages.
Private label projects can combine selected products with brand labels, hangtags, retail packaging and agreed product modifications. Branding does not always require a logo on the product itself. The appropriate arrangement depends on the construction, presentation requirements and order quantity.
Define Products, Variants and Brand Requirements
Start with a product list showing the required models, quantities and variants. Identify which products need individual packaging, coordinated sets or a shared presentation style.
Please distinguish existing products requiring brand identification from items needing changes to materials, dimensions, colors or decorative details. These changes can affect sampling, minimum quantities and production timing.
For collections containing several categories, each item needs its own confirmed specification. A common brand design should still accommodate differences in product shape, protection and packaging dimensions.
Coordinate Logos, Labels and Barcode Information
Brand identification may include woven or printed labels, hangtags, suitable product decoration and packaging artwork. Our logo and artwork customization options are reviewed against the selected material and available application area.
Provide the approved logo files, label dimensions, placement instructions and barcode information. Buyers should supply the required codes and their corresponding product references, including separate versions for colors or sets.
Confirm artwork content before printing. Product names, quantities and variant information should remain consistent across labels, retail packs and carton instructions. Buyers are responsible for approving market-specific wording and supplied brand assets.
Approve Retail Packaging and Product Protection
Private label packaging must support both presentation and handling. Options may include bags, color boxes, gift boxes, display boxes, protective inner packing and custom carton marks.
Our custom packaging review considers the actual product dimensions, surface finish and set arrangement. Fragile items, projecting accessories and compressible foliage require different protection.
For mixed collections, confirm the packaging specification for each SKU rather than assuming one box or insert will suit every item. Changes after packaging approval may affect cost and scheduling.
Confirm Samples Before Bulk Production
A private label sample should show the agreed product, branding position, packaging and variant information. During sample development, check these elements together so the complete presentation can be approved.
Customized samples generally require around 7–12 days; complex development may take longer. Sample charges and timing depend on the product changes and packaging work involved.
Resolve outstanding revisions before production and clearly identify the final approved files and samples. Earlier approval provides more flexibility for seasonal purchasing schedules.
Plan MOQ, Production and Shipment
Private label packaging or more complex projects may require approximately 1,000–3,000 pieces or more, depending on the item. Quantities are confirmed by product, packaging design and component requirements; the combined collection quantity does not automatically satisfy every minimum.
Customized production commonly requires around 35–50 days, while peak-season schedules may extend to approximately 45–60 days.
Checks follow the approved sample and specification, including relevant product details, labels, packaging quantities, barcodes and carton marks. For quotation, send your product list, quantity per SKU, branding files, packaging requirements, destination, preferred shipping term and target arrival date.
