Packaging Matched to Your Product and Sales Channel
Yulentra Christmas Deco supports custom packaging for importers, wholesalers, retail chains and private label buyers sourcing Christmas decorations. Options include polybags, OPP bags, brown boxes, color boxes, gift boxes, display boxes and protective inner packing, depending on the item.
Packaging is reviewed against the finished product rather than selected from a photograph alone. Trees, wreaths, stockings, ornaments, snow globes and Christmas villages differ in shape, weight and handling requirements. Each packaging specification must accommodate the actual construction and agreed order format.
Confirm Individual Packs, Sets and Display Requirements
Please specify whether products will be packed individually, as coordinated sets or in display-ready arrangements. Confirm the quantity per pack and the required mix of designs, sizes or colors.
For sets, an approved layout establishes each product’s position and the space needed between components. Display boxes require confirmation of the product arrangement and how items remain supported during handling.
A change in product dimensions or accessories can affect the pack. Packaging should therefore be reviewed after the relevant product specifications are settled.
Fit Protective Inserts Around the Finished Product
Inner protection should limit movement and prevent unnecessary contact between vulnerable surfaces. Glass items, projecting decorations and decorated finishes require particular attention.
Dividers or fitted inserts can separate ornaments, while suitable supports can help keep wreath frames and accessories in position. Textile products need an agreed folding arrangement that accommodates labels, appliques and presentation.
Our protective packaging review considers contact points, clearance and product removal. A box that closes successfully may still place pressure on a bow, hanging component or fragile detail.
Prepare Artwork, Labels and Carton Information
Provide approved artwork, logo files, packaging dimensions where available, label positions and barcode information. State which details vary by SKU, color or set.
For private label orders, product identification should correspond across the retail pack, labels and export carton instructions. Buyers should approve all printed content, including any destination-market wording required for their products.
Artwork and structural approval are separate checks. A correct design file does not establish that the product fits the proposed box.
Approve a Packed Sample Before Production
A packed sample allows buyers to review protection, presentation, quantity and labeling together. Check that components remain separated, raised details have clearance and the product can be removed without unnecessary handling.
During sample development, packaging revisions may be needed after checking the finished product. Customized samples generally require around 7–12 days, while complex packaging development may take longer.
Sample charges and timing depend on the materials, printing and structural work involved. Confirm the final packaging version before bulk production.
Review MOQ, Cost and Shipment Planning
Custom packaging costs depend on box construction, dimensions, material, printing, inserts and order quantity. Separate designs or sizes may carry individual minimum quantities. Private label packaging or more complex projects may require approximately 1,000–3,000 pieces or more, confirmed by item.
Packaging purchasing and approval affect the production schedule. Customized bulk orders commonly require around 35–50 days; peak-season schedules may extend to approximately 45–60 days.
Before shipment, packing quantities, protection, labels, barcodes and carton marks are checked. Our export packing and shipment preparation arrangements follow the confirmed order.
