Establish a Clear Reference Before Bulk Production
Yulentra Christmas Deco supports sample development for importers, wholesalers, retail chains and private label buyers preparing Christmas decoration orders. Samples help confirm the product specification before materials, assembly and packaging are committed to bulk production.
Our range includes lights, trees, ornaments, garlands, wreaths, stockings, snow globes and Christmas villages. Sampling may involve an existing product, modifications to a selected model or development from buyer references. The available approach depends on construction, component availability and the requested changes.
Choose the Appropriate Sample Type
An existing sample allows buyers to assess a current model’s appearance, materials and workmanship. It may not include the final order’s color, branding or packaging.
A modified sample demonstrates agreed changes to an existing product, such as dimensions, finishes, accessories or labels. More complex development requires a separate feasibility review before cost and timing can be confirmed.
Please identify which details must be represented physically. If any component or packaging element remains provisional, it should be clearly distinguished from the final approved specification.
Provide the Information Needed for Development
Send the product reference, quantity planned for bulk production, required dimensions, materials, colors, functions and decorative details. Include artwork, label positions and packaging requirements where applicable.
Marked images, drawings or a physical reference can help clarify construction and proportions. For logo and artwork customization, provide suitable files and identify the application size and position.
State the destination market and target arrival date. These details help us assess whether sampling and subsequent production can fit the purchasing schedule.
Confirm Sample Costs and Timing
Existing samples normally require around 3–5 days. Customized samples generally require around 7–12 days, while complex development may take longer. These preparation estimates do not include courier transit.
Sample charges depend on the selected item, material sourcing, modifications, artwork preparation and packaging work. Courier costs and any additional development charges are confirmed with the request.
Several versions or late changes can extend the schedule. Sample availability also does not establish the bulk MOQ or production slot; these require separate confirmation.
Review the Complete Sample and Record Revisions
Check dimensions, construction, materials, color, finish, artwork, accessory placement and applicable functions. Review the assembled product rather than approving individual components alone.
Include custom packaging in the review when protection, set arrangement or presentation affects the order. Confirm whether the sample uses the intended production packaging.
Provide consolidated feedback identifying each required change. If a revision affects appearance, structure or packaging fit, further sample confirmation may be needed before production.
Use the Approved Reference for Production
Before bulk production, clearly identify the final sample, specification, artwork and packaging version. Any unresolved difference should be settled rather than left to interpretation.
Production and quality inspection follow the agreed reference, with product-specific checks for materials, workmanship, assembly, appearance and applicable functions. A further request after approval may affect pricing, materials or scheduling.
For a sample quotation, send your reference product, required changes, sample quantity, delivery address and planned bulk order details. We can then review feasibility, charges and preparation timing.
